Welcome to <span style="color:#ff8c00">[https://db.ibenson.com db.ibenson.com]</span> which is the home to the documentation of work I have done on bikes, cars and motorcycles and a whole lot more.  Much of this site was made in 2010-11 and I revived it in 2024 because I had so much information stored in here. When this site was first made, I owned a shop in Newport RI where I lived and worked on things. A lot has happened in 15 years and I ask that old articles on this site be viewed as written by a crazy person with a lot of energy and drive to innovate and create.

I do many things. I have a career path of a Network Engineer. I know more about computers then I care to admit. I race motor cycles, build motor cycles, cars, so on. All I really like to do is ride my bicycle and not have a phone in my pocket. Think that will ever happen? Ya, neither do I but a guy can have a dream and wake up with his head in the toilet once a year right?
Fast forward to today, I am still much the same person but I am split among many competing priorities with my family winning no matter what.




I really do have a job as a network engineer and for some reason I feel that it is burning a hole in my soul. Something inside me (Soul) tells my mind that I am not doing what I was put here to do but that is for a different page.

In the mean time I work to hard, spend more then 2 hours a day in the car, pay around $1,000 a month in gasoline, feel like shit constantly, run from friends and responsibility, never spend more then a day in my apartment, never spend more then three days in the same state and am getting very very tired of it all.

I have become a beleiver in that if something is meant to happen in your life then it will. How long you think one should site around and wait for said change before
one gets off his lazy ass and makes changes. I don't know what kind of changes, take a guess. Job, Location, Habits, Traits, Friends, food, culture so on. Get the point skippy?
