I have always had a problem with cars. Usually they are rare. Usually they are well taken care of. They are always Fast. They are always European and They always have my name written all over them. No wonder the cops love them as much as I do.
Current Machines:
1988 e28 BMW M5
I was lucky enough to buy this machine from the original owner. When I drove it away there were 92,000 Miles on the clock. She need and still need quite a bit of work but it will happen.
When I drove it away from the sadden fella I bought it from, I found that the stock suspension left something to be desired. I promptly pulled the whole car apart. Replace the auto-leveling system with H&R Springs combined with Bilstien Shocks. Lowering springs landed this machine right where I think it should be. I also put camber plates in the front end to add camber to the front wheel.
I also disliked the original 16" style 5 one piece wheels the car came with. I hunted around and landed on a set of badly bent (unbenounced to me at the time of sale) very good looking style 5 17"s.
I have since replace the DOT headlight and grills with Euro-Spec units. Pictures to follow when I get the time.
