When Woodman got hit on his 996RS, the damage placed in the Wrecked"" category with the insurance company. Doc asked to keep buy the bike back. In doing so, he got enough cash for the thing to buy this. A very rare 748R.

The R meant a lot of things. First, they were shipped to the US as race only bikes, meaning that they did not have lights, Blinkers, Mirrors, horn so on. To make one of these road legal you had to buy a lot of gear but when you did what an serious machine you end up with. These bikes have lighter frames (thinner walled tubes) Full Ohlins Suspension, Titanium con-rods and shower injection. At the end of the day, you end up with a road legal track weapon revving to 13K and making 114BHP.

We have made a few improvements to the bike over the last few years but over all the bike has kept the stock look. Mods include a full SIl Exhaust, Radial Masters, race tires and a Pcom.
